today was club rush and we have 50+ people signed up! yay
And as soon as I am done with this post I'm sending out the emails to the new people!
OCTOBER 5TH
for the Greet and Eat here is what you'll be bringing:
Emma: P.B. & C.C cookies
Charlee: Sodas (bring at least 3)
Annie C. and Cherry: Candy&Chips
Eli: Plates
Quinn: cups and napkins
*if the officers could provide their own drinks so we have enough to go around that'll be great!

#1 we are goin to decorate Alysia's car into a Scooby-Doo style van.
here is the road map until the IC viewing
-posters to advertise events
-Do something club viewing
-2nd viewing & invite friends
-invite other clubs to come
*sponsor other clubs by going to their events and visa-versa
-Quidditch
-3rd viewing
IC TOUR
in the spring most likely
advertise by putting up posters around the school
fundraise at events ex) @ games, Quidditch, at other events thru the year

it might be a little early to tell if my mom will let me do that to the van because i don't ever check the gas... (my fault) it's like RIGHT there... anyway i'll see if it's okay and if it's not i'll make sure i talk her into it :) it's all for the love of our community and the entertainment of other right?

The parade is just down Durham, so I hope it won't be too much trouble. The sooner we can find out about the van, the better.
That is not bad at all. Hopefully the people missing out got flyers. If not, oh well. We have plenty of other sign ups. :]

we CAN get the van. we just need to figure out how and when and where we are going to decorate it and stuff.
Well, it doesn't really matter so much where we do all that; we can do it where ever. Your comment just made it sound like we might not be able to use it at all, so that's what I was wondering.
As of right now, I have no idea on the "how". I don't know if there are decals we can use, or maybe just washable car paint, stuff like that? If worst comes to worst, we can just walk as Scooby and the gang.
we will have a really large gang :)
oh and i think charlee will wanna be scooby cause she was the one wanting to walk around in a chicken suit
Haha, very possible. I think we should start organizing who will be who as soon as we figure out who all is going. So, any time after tomorrow. Cuz hopefully we'll have 50 more people wanting to join us in the parade. ;D
